We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order did not meet your expectations for any reason, please contact us for assistance.

Returns Period

We offer an easy and fair 30-day returns policy. You must notify us in writing within 30 days of receipt of your order. All items to be returned must be in the condition it was received, unused and in original packaging.

Returns Process

You must contact our team for returns approval before sending your order back to us. Please ensure this is done within 30 days of receipt of your order. 

1) Contact us with your order number and return reason.

2) We will then provide you with an approval and our UK returns address.

3) Send your return back to us. We recommend you send your return using a tracked delivery service and please keep your receipt of postage.

Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of return postage. All product must not be opened in any way and must still be in original condition. Heat seals must also not be broken.

How long do I have to return my order?

We appreciate that sometimes you need some time to plan a return, that's why we offer 30 days from receipt to return to us.

Will I get my original delivery cost refunded?

We do not refund delivery costs, so any refund will be for the cost of items in your order only.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges, however if you'd like to switch to another product we'd be happy to help advise on a new order whilst your return is being processed.

How long will it take to receive my refund back on my card?

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days once received back into our fulfilment centre. Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear back on your card. We will notify you via email when we've processed any refund.
