Our C30 Fuel Bar is created for athletes in motion. Formulated using a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose carbohydrate blend, our C30 Fuel Bars deliver 30g of fast-absorbing carbohydrate. Small size makes them the perfect choice for before or during your session and a smooth texture makes it easy to consume our energy bars quickly and without a lot of chewing. This bar is low in fat, fibre and protein, allowing it to absorb quickly with a low risk of stomach problems.

As our C30 Fuel Bars are not delivering fluid, we have elected to use just enough sodium for palatability.
Why are C30 Fuel Bars smaller than other energy bars?
C30 Fuel Bars are precisely 30 grams of carbohydrate so that they are compatible with all other fuelling products in our range. They are a high performance bar - not another snack bar.
How are C30 Fuel Bars in cold and heat?
C30 Fuel Bars stay soft in cold weather and are non-sticky in warmer conditions.
Are C30 Bars gluten-free?
No they are not. We use glutenous oat flour as a primary ingredient.
