C30+ Banana Energy Cakes

A World Tour favourite to fuel your next training session or race!

Many World Tour riders eat rice cakes during the early portion of races to give them some energy and to add some dietary variety. This recipe is a great rice cake alternative that provides 30 grams of carbohydrate, 3.5 grams of protein and 5.5 grams of fat. We also add a C30+ Espresso Energy Gel for flavour and to boost the cakes with 12.5g of caffeine each!
